Davani & Co. was founded to raise the bar in residential construction. After two decades in the field—including architectural drafting and subcontracting for the Irvine Company—founder Armin Ghamari envisioned a company built on integrity, precision, and trust.

Armin Ghamari
CEO
Armin started his journey in the building industry as a technical drafter for architects and structural engineers. In a couple of years he mastered the craft and was trusted to create complete design and construction packages for architects and structural engineers and get building permits on those designs and watch his plans become reality. He has since started his own construction business with over twenty years experience in contracting. With his background in design and his unwavering focus on successful delivery of projects he strives everyday to improve his operations and do his best for his clients.

Nancy Bai
CFO
Financial expert with deep construction insight. Nancy Bai is a person of utmost integrity and highest value and care. Nancy Bai has been involved in the construction industry since 1996, bringing a diverse background in construction management, interior design, and international purchasing. She earned her contractor’s license in 2003, followed by an interior design certificate in 2005 and an accounting certificate in 2006. As the Office Manager of DAVANI & CO., Nancy’s deep understanding and experience in construction, accounting and finance, coupled with her attention to detail, enable her to expertly manage and oversee complex project finances and documentation delivery, consistently ensuring quality outcomes that align with diverse project budgets.
